Terms: 1 production request can be made at any one time. Once a production request has been completed, the next production credit will be available to redeem on your dashboard.

If the submitted recording for a subscription episode exceeds the minutes stated within that subscription package, an invoice reflecting the excess payment amount to accommodate the additional minutes will be emailed to you. Note: If this happens, the order for the episode in question cannot commence until the amount is paid.

These subscription packages accommodates a set number production credits p/month. If your credits are not redeemed within the month period of your subscription, they do not roll over to the following month and will not be eligible for a refund. The subscription renews with new production credits each month. If you're unsure whether you can commit to the number of credits within the above subscriptions, a bulk-order may suit you better.
