Turnaround TIme
If you have a tight deadline that you need to meet, please choose a delivery time that suits you below. Note: Raw episode content that exceeds 50GBs in filesize is not eligible for a 24-hour turnaround. In this scenario, a 48-hour expedited turnaround is the soonest availability we can offer. 

Moreover, our expedited service only covers podcast editing, not any additional extras (Trailer, Highlight Clips)

Turnaround Times:

Up to 30 minutes: 3 working days from episode onboarding date.

30 to 60 minutes: 4-5 working days from episode onboarding date.

60 to 90 minutes: 6-7 working days from episode onboarding date.

You will be notified on the exact delivery date upon review of your order.

Expedited Deliveries:

Based on working days (Mon-Fri).

Note: This service is limited by capacity and deliverables and is due for review once you've successfully submitted the order. If we are at capacity and cannot proceed with the expedited order, we will refund your account balance with the relevant fee and inform you of the available delivery options.

Timing Example: A 24-hour expedited delivery ordered on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Revision Policy:

You have 1 round of revision requests included with this order (up to 10 actions). We use Frame.io for deliveries. Please apply any feedback directly on the video/audio/image via Frame.io for exact preferences on any changes (should you have any). Note: If more than 10 actions based on preference are requested, a production fee of €40 applies. This will be sent to you via an invoice. Once paid, we will proceed with the additional requests. Revisions go to the front of the queue once received and placed into 'Working' status and typically take 24-48hrs (working days).

Highlight clips chosen by us cannot be replaced by alternative timecodes. If alternative timecodes are required, a new clip fee will be applicable.
